Hulam | Gaia Engineered Solutions 2022

Hulam is an organic waste up-cycler and processor. It processes over 80,000 tonnes of commercial food waste into a high-quality anaerobic digestion (“AD”) feedstock for supply to local AD plants.  Hulam partners with waste suppliers who want transparency over the final destination of their waste as part of their own environmental, social and corporate governance (“ESG”) strategy. Hulam provides full traceability to waste suppliers, to the potential customers that consume power, and to the farmers who use the subsequent bio-fertiliser produced from the AD plants. An added by-product of the soup production is the removal of plastics and other non-organic materials from waste streams which are then recycled  where possible, or disposed of responsibly.
